Canal St. during the day.

This is the view of Canal St. from our room in the Sheraton. We were on the 27th floor; it went up to forty-something. Off in the distance is Lake Pontchartrain; off to the right (but not really visible) is the French Quarter. Canal St. marks the border beween the American Quarter and the French Quarter.
